Shredda is totally 100% free. Please understand that we are only able to provide direct e-mail support for customers who have purchased an Azonique software. You can, however, visit our forum and ask support questions there.

Feedback
We at Azonique Software are working hard to give you complete customer satisfaction. We have been working on and improving Shredda as well as the other free softwares on this page continuously. If you find anything missing or unsatisfactory we would appreciate if you took the time and told us your suggestions and comments for improving our softwares.
If Shredda allows, the simplest way to send us suggestions is to go to the Shredda menu bar and select “Help” and then “Suggestions…”. Shredda will then directly bring you to the online webform where you can tell us your experience or suggestions for improvement.
Also you can use our forum to tell us about suggestions or bugs. You can find the forum here: forum.azonique.com
We appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously for further and continuous improvement of the Shredda software and its documentation.
When sending us suggestions please add the product name and version. (You can find it by clicking on the menu bar “Help” and then “About”).
While we cannot guarantee that we can respond to every message personally we would like to assure you that all messages are read and processed and all suggestions are given careful consideration for future improvements of the Shredda software and documentation.
Bug reports
Our team at Azonique Software was working hard to make sure that Shredda does not contain any bugs. In the unlikely case that you encounter an unknown bug we would appreciate your report so that we can fix it immediately. We don’t like bugs and we do everything humanly possible to fix any bug as soon as possible.

The software will then directly bring you to the online webform where you can tell us your observation. Alternatively you can use our forum to tell us about bugs or strange behavior of Shredda. A confirmed bug will be fixed immediately and an update of Shredda will be available shortly thereafter.
